The Bondi to Coogee Beach Coastal Walk is one of the most famous trails in Sydney and for a good reason.

Take the steep set of stairs at the start of the walk to appreciate the Aboriginal rock carvings. These carvings are located in Marks Park and provide a glimpse into the ways and traditions of one of Australia’s oldest people. The park is also one of the most elevated parts of the walk, providing panoramic views of the region.
Along the walk, you will also pass through Mackenzie’s Point Beach, which is, in fact, one of the tiniest beaches in Sydney. While it is not ideal for swimming, it is a perfect spot to go surfing. Follow the trail to Bronte Beach, another pristine location along the iconic Bondi to Coogee Beach Coastal Walk.
While here, take the stairs next to the rock pool and head to the cliff-top for magical views of Bronte and Bondi. Grab a quick lunch at any spot or unwind with a good book in shaded areas. Past Bronte, the walk passes the historic Waverley Cemetery onto Clovelly Beach – a famous snorkelling spot along the trail.
The scenic trail ends at Coogee, a beautiful beach suburb with numerous attractions, including picnic areas, shaded spots, and BBQ facilities.
The Bondi to Coogee Beach Coastal Walk is a must-experience in Sydney!
