As the Andrew Boy Charlton Pool is undergoing much-needed renovations, the ABC Biathlon has relocated to the Prince Alfred Pool (10 minutes down the road).
The Prince Alfred Park Pool Biathlon Series consists of a 4km run in and around Prince Alfred Park, followed by a 300m swim in the pool.
This Spring season series has nine races, commencing on 10 October and finishing on 12 December at 6:30pm.
We welcome all ability levels, whether you are a casual weekend jogger or a seasoned triathlete. We’ve even had superstars like Pete Jacobs (Hawaiian Ironman Champion) and Lisa Norden (Triathlon Olympic Silver Medalist) participate.
It’s all about participation. If you can’t walk the full 4 km, feel free to walk a little.
There are some important changes to the run and swim course. Arrive at 6pm for registration, check-in, and your race number. Each wave will be called, and each wave participant’s number will be called. Ensure that you are ready early. Please note that we may move you from your nominated wave due to numbers.
Each race will allow a maximum of 100 participants. No refunds or transfers will be given. Registration on the day is available.
