MindBodySpirit Festival

The MindBodySpirit Festival is Sydney’s biggest gathering for health, well-being, and holistic treatments. It occurs over four days at the International Convention Centre (ICC).

The event is open to everyone interested in well-being and is free of charge to enter.

You can learn from over 160 exhibitors, attend free inspirational seminars, stock up on crystals, book yourself a psychic reading, indulge in some body pampering, watch free stage performances and live psychic demonstrations, join a free seminar and taste some delicious health foods!

Getting There

The MindBodySpirit Festival is located at the International Convention Centre Sydney, 14 Darling Drive, Darling Harbour.

Located in the heart of Darling Harbour, ICC Sydney is easily accessible by public transport, including light rail, ferry, and train. It is only a 10-minute walk from Central and Town Hall train stations.

Secure parking is available and conveniently located within the Darling Harbour precinct.

Coming by tram?
The Light Rail travels right through a number of Darling Harbour stations including ICC Sydney’s stops, the Convention Centre and the Exhibition Centre. The Light Rail starts at Central Station in the CBD and travels to Dulwich Hill in the inner west.

Coming by train?
A short walk from Central or Town Hall will take you directly to Darling Quarter, Tumbalong Park and Sydney Visitor Centre. Town Hall and Central Stations are a 10-minute walk from ICC Sydney.

Coming by bus?
ICC Sydney has its own bus stop. Bus routes 389 and 501 stop at Harris Street near Allen Street – a 10-minute walk from ICC Sydney.

Coming by ferry?
Cruise into Darling Harbour on a ferry with direct services from Circular Quay, King Street Wharf or Pyrmont Bay Wharf.

Coming by Water Taxi?
A Water Taxi is an excellent option for getting to and from Darling Harbour. They depart from The Rocks, Circular Quay, The Opera House, and Luna Park.

Coming by Taxi/Uber?
The best taxi and Uber drop-off and pick-up locations are the new Iron Wharf Place next to Harbourside Shopping Centre and Zollner Circuit on the southern end of ICC Sydney Theatre, both accessed via Darling Drive.

Need parking?
ICC Sydney has two car park facilities, one within the Exhibition Centre and one within the ICC Sydney Theatre, which comprise 826 spaces.

Additionally, there are secure car parks located in and around Darling Harbour, including Wilson Harbourside Car Park and First Parking Darling Square Car Park.
