Mudgee Wine & Food Month

Mudgee Wine and Food Month is held every September / October and lasts close to a month. It is one of the longest-running wine and food events in New South Wales.

It is well-attended by food producers and wineries in the Mudgee Region – one of Australia’s top wine-producing regions.

Mudgee Wine & Food Month is an unforgettable wine and food experience; Mudgee’s annual Wine and Food Month festival started as a week-long celebration of the wine industry. Over 40 years later, the event is now one of New South Wales’ longest-running wine and food festivals and features diverse events, including tastings, trivia, dinners and more.

Festival goers can look forward to the diverse range of food and wine available for sampling each year. Various world-class regional produce will be displayed, including award-winning olive oils, wine jellies, cheese, pickles, and honey.

While the month-long celebration has many signature events, each participating winery will generally offer its own unique experience, ranging from food and wine pairing to special tastings, platters, and tasting flights.
