While the Regatta Centre is closed to all vehicular traffic, pedestrians or other cyclists may be on the course. Competitors must be alert to the possibility of encountering a pedestrian at all times and must be prepared to give way to any pedestrians if a collision is possible.
The Hills Tri Club Duathlon is held at the Sydney International Regatta Centre at Penrith with entry through gate ‘A’.
