The Wingham Music Festival is an annual three-day music festival held in Manning Valley on the NSW Mid Coast.
Its objective is to promote the arts and create opportunities for learning while stimulating community involvement in all kinds of arts. The family-friendly event showcases a broad range of music, cultural experiences, and entertainment for all ages.

The Wingham Showground location offers onsite camping as the optimum choice for those with tents, caravans, and motor homes who want to book and stay on the Festival site. A stellar lineup of festival favourites performed under the big super tent in Wingham for 2024. The Top Ten on the line-up were Baby Animals, The Wolfe Brothers, Gangajang, Pierce Brothers, Dom Turner & The Rural Blues Project, Bill Chambers, Blues Arcadia, Nathan Cavaleri, Minnie Marks and Dean Ray, with many more to announce!
Three-day tickets are the most popular, and this year, sales are capped at 2000 per day, ensuring the Festival nurtures its boutique style.
The festival is best described as vibrant yet relaxed. You can throw a rug under the bright flag sails and absorb every second of the music from Friday evening, all day Saturday, to sunset on Sunday.
The Festival is here to provide, improve, and promote the arts, activities, and opportunities in the Manning Valley. We aim to stimulate community involvement in the arts and enhance the arts profile of this regional area. We plan to deliver a sustainable artistic experience that benefits the community culturally and raises social well-being.
Wingham Music Festival is a community-based, volunteer-powered event previously auspiced by Manning Valley Neighbourhood Services and now its own incorporated entity. The festival is family-friendly, with live entertainment and workshop activities catering to all ages and interests.

Getting There
Wingham is located on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales, around 3.5 hours’ drive from Sydney and just 10 minutes by car from the Pacific Highway. If you are coming by public transportation, the nearest station is the Wingham train station.
Regular flights from Sydney arrive in nearby Newcastle (2 hours south) or Port Macquarie (1 hour north).
XPT interstate trains stop at Wingham enroute from Sydney to Brisbane.
Shuttle service
A bus shuttle service will operate around Wingham – no need to book.
The pickup points are the Showground, the main street (Bus Stop at Central Park Isabella Street), Golf Club Motor Inn, and Wingham Sporting Complex / Go Kart Track on a 30-minute rotation.
Bus Service
There is a twice-daily bus service from Taree to Wingham and back at the night’s end, so there is no need to book. The pick-up points are Dawson River Caravan Park (Cundletown), Taree Showground, Commerce Street, and various stops through the streets of Taree.
